Day 1:Arrival day in Kathmandu.

Namaste & welcome!
An Asia Outfitter Inc representative will welcome you at the Tribhuwan International Airport and settle you to your hotel in Kathmandu. After refreshed at the hotel; we will brief you all about your program and itinery. In the evening we’ll pickup you from your hotel in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant for welcome dinner and drop you back to your hotel for night sleep.

Today, after having lovely breakfast we will take you on a guided day tour to world heritage sites in the Kathmandu valley. We will drive to the old city ‘Bhaktapur’ which is known as city of Devotees. We’ll explore the palace of fifty-five windows, Nyatapola temple, courtyard, and temples of this vibrant city. After observing the wonderful city we will have some typical lunch at restaurant in Bhaktapur then we will continue our drive towards the temple ‘Pashupatinath’ which is the famous pilgrimage sites for Hindu. We can observe many temples and chance to see the cremating the bodies in the bank of Bagmati River. Next, we will visit Bouddhanath Stupa which is popular religious sites for Buddhists where we can hear the melodious chanting sound, and observe the rotating prayer wheels. Now, back to hotel after exploring the Bouddhanath Stupa. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Today, you will begin your trek from Kathmandu to Syabru besi. Your route will provide you the stunning Annapurna Mountain in the west and Ganesh Himal, Mt.Manaslu are the other Mountains which you can view through the way. Approximately, 9 hours of drive by local bus or private vechicle on a paved highway you will reach at Syabru besi for overnight stay. You can get chance to see lovely views of the Trishuli River, landscapes, small local villages and scenic beauty of nature through your route. After crossing Trishuli, you will climb towards Dunche and Lantang National Park then another 1 hour drive towards downhill Syabru besi which is a small local town is waiting for your welcome. After having some hearty breakfast you will start your trek from Syabru besi to Lama Hotel for night stay. Collecting the amazing experience of the forest walk which is an uphill hike. Through the climbing, you can explore the small mountain village, pine and rhododendron forest and you have to climb a bit steep for an hour to arrive at a place called Bamboo (1850m) where you will have lunch break for some time. After lunch, the walk will continue upwards to the ‘Lama Hotel’ which is a quite renowned hotel in this region. Elevation: (2340m/7675ft)

Today your trek goes through the pine and rhododendron forest. On the route you can observe the number of small mountain villages, stunning view of Langtang Himal range and scenic beauty of nature. After 3 hours of walk you will reach Ghoda Tabela for lunch and take rest for some time. Here, you can stroll around for some minutes then walk towards the Langtang valley. After 3 hours of walk you will reach Langtang village for night stay where you can get chance to observe the Tamang, Buddhists and Tibetan settlements. Elevation: (3330m/10922ft)

Wakeup with the beautiful morning then you will have some breakfast after getting fresh. Now it’s time to continue your trek to one of the famous Gompa in this region named as Kyanjing. It is believed that Kyanjin Gompa is the second largest Gompa of its type in the entirety of Nepal. Path is easier than other route, crossing many stones you will reach at the Gompa after 3 hours of trek. Exploring the glorious view of the Himalayas, watermills, Buddhists shrines and prayer wheels through the way makes your trek more fantastic and pleasurable. Finally, today’s destination will come after 3 hours of regular walk. After having lunch you can take some time to relax or you can stroll around. Here, you can observe the wonderful Gompa and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the Mt. Langtang and Ganchempo. Stay overnight. Elevation: (3730m/1223ft)

Today, you will be hiking back to Lama Hotel after enjoying breakfast with beautiful mountain views at Kyanjin Gompa. Trail will be more quick and easier due to descending through the mountains. Passing through the yak herding settlements and wide alpine pastures is more pleasurable. You reach at the Ghoda Tabela for hot and tasty meal after some hours of gradual down walk.

After having meal, you will have to continue your trek towards the Lama Hotel for overnight stay. This walk is long but easy due to the descend. Elevation: (2340m/7675ft)

Trek back to same route towards Syabru besi from Lama Hotel. After breakfast, lots of times you will have to reach Syabru besi so do not miss the chance to take final photo in the Lantang Region and try to make your journey the most wonderful and enjoyable. Approx 7 hours of walk you will reach to the Syabru besi for night stay.

Today is your final day of your trek. Wake up in the beautiful morning, have some hearty breakfast with hot cup of tea/coffee. After packing your bags you will start your journey towards Kathmandu by local bus or private vechicle. Almost 9 hours of scenic drive finally you will reach at Kathmandu for overnight stay.
